New Englander Brian Rhodes hails from the smallest state in the Union: Rhode Island. Living in a state with the nickname "The Ocean State" it was only natural that he gravitated towards outdoor pursuits. He has been an avid hunter and outdoorsman since about the age of 12 when he started out hunting ducks. Since then his obsession has grown to include just about everything else one could legally hunt!

Aside from hunting the rocky coasts of Narragansett Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Brian has been lucky enough to travel to many different places to hunt waterfowl: from sea ducks and divers in Alaska and Maryland and Long Island to snow geese in Missouri. In his travels Brian has not only had the opportunity to see firsthand some of the best hunting the country has to offer but has also had the privilege of meeting some of the best hunters those regions had to offer.

Brian makes a lot of his trips as part of the work he does for the video production company he owns: The Swampers. The company produces waterfowl hunting videos specializing in sea duck and diver hunting. On top of that Brian is also a fully licensed USCG Captain and he operates a sea duck hunting guide service out of Bradford, Rhode Island.
