Rich is a veteran waterfowler with over 30 years experience chasing ducks and geese in New York State.  Rich grew up in the Northern NY/St. Lawrence River Region of the Empire State where he hunted the marshes and the river since the age of 16.  He now makes his home in Western NY with his wife Colleen and his 3 children Megan, Rob and Kyle.  He has recently taken up photography as a hobby and living so close to 1 National Wildlife Refuge and 2 NYS Wildlife Management Areas has given him plenty of photography subjects.  When Rich is not chasing waterfowl he can often be found training his black lab, Gauge.  Rich is also involved in the following local and national waterfowl associations:  Lake Plains Waterfowl Association, WNY & Finger Lakes Waterfowl Association, Delta Waterfowl and Ducks Unlimited.  Rich is also on the Dakota Decoys Field Staff.
